Gold Coast Wellbeing Week is all about coming together as a community.

Across seven days, you’ll find events to brighten your day and help you feel more connected — to yourself, to others, and to your community.

From morning teas and garden days to free brekkies in the park and mindfulness activities, there’s something for everyone. Every event is inclusive and designed to help build a stronger, more connected, Gold Coast.
